Refunds and Returns Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you receive an item with a defect, please email us with a picture of and description of the defect. We will then reach out to you to discuss options. We are not reliable for lost or damaged items caused by the shipping provider. If your item is returned to sender due to an address error on your part, you will be responsible to pay the reshipment fee.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS). . Tracking info will be sent to the email you provide during checkout. We only ship with USPS.
When paying with an e-check through PayPal, your order will NOT be processed until the check has cleared. Per PayPal this process could take 3-5 business days. After your check has cleared then we can move forward with processing and shipping.
All of our ingredients are all natural, but there may be something that someone is allergic to, please read all ingredients carefully as we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or etc..
If you get products in your eyes wash out thoroughly with water.
